Returning to your soul
If we create our reality with the quality of our thoughts, or if we, with our experience, create a reality based on the quality and content of our consciousness, how can we influence the quality of our consciousness to be as pure and bright as possible? How can we be more open to knowing the truth that seems to be hidden within ourselves? How can we stop the internal processes of shifting responsibility to others that just occur by inertia? Why does it seem so difficult to stay on the path of change? What is that so terrible about change? Why do we perceive change as a path to the unknown and why do we believe that this path brings something dark as a rule? Why are we so susceptible to a negative matrix of thoughts and often in advance create beliefs in the illusion of negative scenarios? And then it seems logical that, even before we dare to step on the path of change, we give up, withdraw and ignore the quiet voice within us that is calling us – it always calls. Why do we turn a deaf ear to this voice, to ourselves, to our soul? Why have we given up on ourselves or, perhaps more precisely, why have we put it off for so long? Until when? What needs to happen in order to stop postponing life according to our soul? How to stop this process then? How do we learn to illuminate the dark areas of our consciousness?
I'll share with you something that helps me:
• I focus on a trigger – on the event that is bothering me, on the person who I find irritating, on the situation in which I couldn't be what I want to be.
• I let this carry me away, I allow myself to feel it, to feel and hear my inner thoughts and my conclusions about it.
• I observe how this situation that served as the trigger is more deeply connected to me.
• I am brave to explore and discover.
• I allow myself to uncover the unhealed parts of myself in that scene that served as the trigger.
• I boldly move on so that when I illuminate this level of understanding I can see the next level in the dark and I realize what it is inside of me that affects me so much and that I can recognize in others.
• I allow myself to encounter the low-vibration beliefs, conclusions, and feelings that have come goodness knows when and perhaps from some other dimensions and lives, I allow myself to understand and love them and then let them go with love or simply illuminate them and transfer them to the part of consciousness dominating by its quality.
Deep down, from my soul, I believe in the power of self-healing and self-knowledge and the power to live in a high-vibration way, because we are – God's sparks of pure love.
